THE SMITHTOWN HOME
The Smithtown Home was our first Artisan Tour Home. Built for and in collaboration with Stone Design Associates, the home is a lakefront version of mountain modern with soaring vaults, asymmetrical structure, and walls of glass bringing the entirety of Lake Minnetonka into the home. Our client’s sophisticated style is on full display; blending textures, colors, and layers featuring bold combinations of stone, steel, and wood. We think the pivot door welcoming you to the wine and piano bar signifies the gravitas of the Smithtown Home.
