THE OASIS HOME
Why would you pass up building your dream home on a large lot in Deephaven? Because a special family coming from a romantic place wanted their own private modern oasis in Woodland, overlooking Shavers Lake. Our most dramatic conversion, we took a 60’s Minnesota rambler and incorporated a front addition, a new screen porch, and rearranged every room by bringing the house back to studs. The home was reborn into a modern oasis keeping a layer of midcentury vibes. We can all go to their house for a secluded indoor-outdoor party or they can kick us out and find their own quiet refuge to rejuvenate. Peace out.
