THE COOL KIDS HOME
We transformed this house from a multi-era patchwork remodel to the coolest place to hang. It had the bones and was begging to come back to life. Our clients had seen one of our builds and reached out to see if we had anything available. We didn’t, but we had just seen a house that had all the potential but none of the love. A Renaissance Man and a Fashion Authority, they immediately shared the vision, and we enjoyed a seamless collaboration allowing creativity and discernment to bring the home back to its midcentury roots. We love this home’s vibe, the connectivity of spaces, and all of the great places to hang out and entertain. It helped that our clients are the Cool Kids. If you go there for dinner, you won’t want to leave, but you can always slip away to their speakeasy.
